Program Subject Matter

The Master program in Biotechnology is an intensive, laboratory-based, research-oriented training program which immediately follows the seven-semester Bachelor program in Biotechnology at Brandenburg University of Technology. It offers three areas of specialisation: Cell Biology, Microbiology and Bioanalytics.

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Biotechnology or other related subjects
  • A minimum of 6 months practical experience from former bachelor study
  • English proficiency
  • Applicants need to have 210 ECTS credits from their bachelor study including at least 70 ECTS credits or 60 SWS from a biotechnologically relevant field.
